If your health insurance provider is not one of the ones mentioned above, we do qualify as an “Out-of-Network” provider and you may be able to receive some benefits from your provider.
Auto Accidents / Workers’ Compensation
We’re sorry, but Firestone Chiropractic & Wellness is not accepting any new auto accidents or workers’ compensation cases.
Private Pay
For patients who do not have chiropractic benefits or have limited coverage, we provide private pay options. Patients can pay-per-visit or purchase a package which discounts the visits. To learn more about our private pay rates, please contact our office.
We accept Cash, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and Personal Checks.
Nutrition Counseling
Most insurance companies does not cover Nutrition Counseling. A small, but growing number have started to realize the advantages of Nutrition Counseling and are beginning to provide coverage, but most patients pay privately.
