What to Expect
Your first visit will be approximately 45 minutes (upon completion of the patient forms). Following a consultation to discuss the reasons for your visit and to review your medical history, Dr. Firestone or Dr. Ronchetti will then conduct a thorough physical examination, including postural analysis, range of motion, orthopedic/ neurological testing, spinal evaluation, and muscle testing. If necessary, X-rays may be prescribed.
On your second visit, we will review with you, in detail, the Report of Findings from the initial examination along with any X-ray results. Following the second consultation with your doctor, a mutually agreed-upon treatment plan will be established. The length and frequency of a treatment plan will always depend on the severity of a patient’s condition and lifestyle (activity level, stress, etc.) You can expect to have your first adjustment on this visit, which will begin your chiropractic care. Further examinations will be conducted periodically, in order to review and, if necessary, modify your treatment plan.
To save time on your first visit, please print and fill out the following forms. The intake form is very comprehensive and can be used for both Chiropractic and Massage. We do have copies in our office if you are unable to print this out ahead of time. Please come 10-15 mins early if you plan on filling out the forms in the office.
