Dr. Christina was raised in both Everett and Gloucester. She attended Stonehill College with a Biology/Premedical major for three years, receiving her Bachelor of Science degree and Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic concurrently. She graduated in October 1999 as a member of Pi Tau Delta (International Honors Society) and on the President’s list.
Dr. Christina’s objective is to provide quality health care to patients using all the skills and tools she has acquired over her nearly 20 years in practice. She has a strong base in manual adjusting, sports injuries, extremity adjusting, family wellness care, and nutrition. She is certified in Cox Flexion Distraction and completed Dr. Mally Sports and Industrial Injury Seminar Series of Upper/Lower Extremity. She is also proficient in ancillary soft tissue/myofascial release techniques. Dr. Christina has always practiced with a strong focus on patient care, symptoms resolution, maintenance and prevention, and work place ergonomics. She has treated patients from newborns to elderly and sedentary to high caliber athletes (including power lifters, MMA fighters, marathon runners and high school standouts.)
Dr. Christina has been active in athletics and fitness most of her life. She has held an RKC certification as a Kettlebell Instructor for 5 years now. She continues to play soccer which she started at age 12 and currently is a two stripe blue belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
